Whilst I love the top itself in terms of quality and the style, im actually surprised that Primi sends their orders in plastic parcel bags instead of compostable ones. I understand its an added cost to absorb as a small business, but i shop with primi for a more sustainable experience, and extending that to the shipping materials makes sense to me.

We completely understand your thoughts around compostable packaging, and it’s something we’ve trialled in the past. Unfortunately, we experienced a number of issues with compostable mailers causing an odour that transferred onto garments during transit, which meant we had to temporarily revert back to standard mailers to ensure pieces arrived in perfect condition.

That said, sustainability is something we care deeply about as a small business, and we are continuing to explore better packaging solutions. Thank you again for supporting Primi, we’re so glad to hear you love the top itself. 🤍
