Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours between Monday - Friday. 

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, therefore shipping times may vary depending on your location. Orders received after 12pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. 24 - 48 hour dispatch may also not be applicable on orders placed during peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods).

International Customs & Taxes

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order. Primi will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense.

Please note: Due to recent changes in U.S. customs and import regulations, some orders may be subject to additional duties or tariffs upon arrival. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for the most up-to-date information before placing your order.

We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing. By placing an international order, you agree to any applicable import duties and fees required by your country’s regulations.

Shipping Conditions

LOST & STOLEN PARCELS: It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Primi is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address. 

LATE PARCELS: Once orders are lodged with our shipping provider, Primi is not responsible for late or delayed parcels. 

RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS: Return to sender parcels will incur a $10 return shipping fee.
