Outstanding Customer Service

I recently had my Primi order delivered only to find I needed a different size. I reached out to Primi customer service to organise an exchange and received a prompt reply email with a postal return QR code and notification that a full refund had been dropped back into my account. When I reordered the correct size , I simply entered the refund “code” Primi had provided, only to find on checkout that the refund covered all but $0.49 of my replacement order. I thought that was peculiar and I sent Primi customer service a second email advising them of the minor discrepancy. Primi promptly refunded the outstanding balance into my account. No questions. No argument. Just very friendly efficient customer service. That and a great product is what you want.

HERE ME OUT!!!!!

OKAYY... where do I start? Guys I've been eyeing the Primi Carina Tops for what felt like agessss, I mean like atleast 6 months or so. I just couldn't justify spending $55 on a basic where I can get it for much cheaper elsewhere. (eg. Uniqlo etc) However, with Primi's persistent marketing team, (GO TEAM) sending me generous discounts and reminders here and there saying that I've" left my cart..." I suddenly caved and bought two tops. One in the marle grey and one in the white. I got myself a large in the marle grey, and an XL in white, as I was worried that it MIGHT be see-through. As soon as I placed them on my body. WOW!!! it hugged me in all the right places, and I felt secure. Love the tops, and I'm even considering buying them in every, single. colour at my next paycheck. LOVE YOU PRIMI!!!
