  • The Spend & Save offer may be redeemed multiple times.
  • To receive $50 off, $150 or more must be spent by the same customer in the same transaction.
  • To receive $100 off, $300 or more must be spent by the same customer in the same transaction
  • To receive $200 off, $600 or more must be spent by the same customer in the same transaction
  •  Refunds or credit notes provided will only reflect the purchase price of the item, rather than the original RRP. The offer is available to the original recipient only and may not be transferred. 
  • Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.

BLACK FRIDAY THANK YOU DISCOUNT CODE: Our exclusive 2024 Black Friday Thank You code is valid for a limited time only. Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.No minimum spend required. 

Items purchased during our Black Friday Sales are eligible for store credit only, minus a $10 return label fee. Refunds and 110% store credits are not available for Black Friday sale items.

 

GIFT WITH PURCHASE : Occasionally we run “Free Gift” offers and promotions on our website & social media platform. The terms of these offers are below:

  • The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit
  • The free gift is sent with your order
  • Placing multiple orders or orders for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one free gift
  • This offer is only available on orders placed here on our website 
  • The free gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.
  • Only one free gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer / promotion (If you place more than one order with us in the period the free gift offer is running, you will only receive the gift on your first order), unless otherwise stated.
  • The free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order
  • If a customer wishes to return an order or item which qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase item is also returned. If the gift is not eligible for returns (i.e earrings due to sanitary reasons) the RRP value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Earrings or final sale items cannot be returned. 
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this page.

VOUCHER GIVEAWAYS: Voucher Giveaways are hosted by Primi Apparel Pty Ltd. and not sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other third party network.

Entry requirements are specified in each social media post as advertised on the @primi.au Instagram & Facebook accounts. Winners will be selected at random and must follow all entry requirements to be valid.

Please note winners will be contacted via hello@primi.com.au email address. Primi Apparel will not contact the winner via social media direct messages. 

The prize will be delivered in the form of a Primi online gift card (per winner) to be used within 1 year. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
